CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Urbanway Construction Management division, provides leadership in the coordination and management of all construction matters from the preliminary tendering and contract document phase through to the completion of post-construction services.
From the early stages, we work closely with our clients providing input on all aspects of constructability, valued engineering, feasibility and critical path direction. Our thorough design review process and detailed cost estimates help identify cost saving opportunities and design alternatives for optimal use of funds.
Once design documents are completed and fully coordinated, we prepare highly detailed scopes of work and contract documents to facilitate the execution of construction and completeness of work. We manage risk for our clients and keep costs on budget using these tools.
Our staff takes pride in quality control, effectiveness, and working in a timely manner, all while maintain all adequate safety measures, during the construction phase.
