100 Albert Street Lindsay - New Community Project
This is a complex development project. The site has been approved for residential, commercial, and institutional mixed-use. We are working on the overall community planning and development including low-rise residential (250-unit detached house), 50-unit student residence, commercial plaza, and long-term care.
The project is is exactly next to Frost Campus of Fleming College, which is located on over 59 acres of land close to downtown Lindsay – a fast growth community with a population of about 22,000.
Lindsay, one of the communities in the City of Kawartha Lakes, is about a one-hour drive north east of Toronto, or four hours south west of Ottawa. Part of the Trent Severn Waterway, this region has over 250 lakes and plenty of green spaces – an ideal location to study and enjoy nature and the environment.
