ON-GOING PROJECTS

The site locates in between York Region and Durham Region, 10 mins drive from Highway 404, with a land area of 60 acres, adjacent to a mature industrial area. The site has been approved for industrial use. In the coming one to two years, the site will be developed into 21 industrial lots. On this basis, a mature industrial park will be formed, which will create tax revenue and increase employment for the local city.
